Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated End User Computing (EUC) Desktop Support Consultant. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and assistance to end users. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Utilize remote desktop tools for troubleshooting. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a full-time desktop support role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10. Experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting. Knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols. Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer service-oriented mindset.
