In this dynamic role, you'll start your day by leading the Diabetes and Endocrinology outpatient services, meeting with patients to assess, treat, and develop personalised care plans. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, offering expert advice and consultations on complex inpatient cases, and contributing to the ongoing development of clinical practices. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring junior staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and actively participating in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to engage in clinical research and education, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals while contributing to an ever-evolving service. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $331663 (L18) up to $414314 (L27) comprising salary rates between $100.78 (L18) and $127.77 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value. Let's talk about you!
