Enforcement; Supreme Court A-95 /District Court Qld A-67 /Magistrate Court A-93; Statutory Appointments; Bundaberg, Clermont, Emerald, Gladstone and Rockhampton Bailiff/Enforcement Officers are appointed pursuant to section 3C of the Magistrates Court Act 1921 for the purpose of the service and execution of process, judgments, and orders as authorised by the Magistrates Court or as directed. Job details Position status: Permanent Position type: Non Standard Hours Workplace Location: Rockhampton region, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay You will be expected to serve or execute process in an expedient and timely manner. You will be subject to the lawful directions of the registrar or Court, and you will be responsible for ensuring that relevant policies and procedures in relation to the role are carried out. There are separate roles available, one at each district listed. You may apply for one, two or all of the roles. The appointment extends to one or more of the following districts: Bundaberg, Clermont, Emerald, Gladstone and Rockhampton, and locations within each district.
