In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies , ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving Zero Harm initiatives. You will work across various infrastructure sectors , including health, education and housing , to enhance asset performance and reliability. Employment Type: Permanent Industry: Infrastructure, Facilities Management, and Asset Maintenance Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with legislation, industry standards, and Codes of Practice . Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks . Drive a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility across teams. Supervise and support teams to ensure safe and competent work execution. Strategic Maintenance & Asset Management Develop and implement Asset Management Plans (AMPs) for long-term contracts and PPP projects . Maintain accurate asset data , ensuring hierarchy structures and ongoing data integrity. Identify and manage risks & opportunities associated with asset portfolios. Establish a continuous improvement culture in asset management practices. Maintain asset data standards and implement effective data management processes . Ensure BIM configuration and document management align with organizational standards. Integrate configuration data into the Information System for uniformity across projects. Select and implement maintenance strategies across multiple contracts. Ensure CMMS maintenance libraries are up to date and consistently applied. Track and implement changes in ANZ standards, statutory requirements, and asset recalls . Foster a culture of ongoing condition assessments and proactive asset management . What We’re Looking For: Experience with D365 FinOps (AX) EAM Software , Asset Management Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) . Expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management . Strong background in data management, BIM configuration, and document control . Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in PPP or long-term infrastructure contracts is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
