Location: South Australia or New South Wales About the Role Are you ready to take the lead in delivering large-scale energy infrastructure projects? We are seeking a Senior Engineering Delivery Manager to oversee project planning, design management, and interface coordination for major utility-scale initiatives exceeding $150m+ Reporting to the Senior Leadership , you'll lead a team of 15+ across NSW and SA ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership across all aspects of engineering delivery , including project planning and design management. Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering utility-scale energy infrastructure projects (e.g., substations, HV systems). Act as the primary client interface, building strong, collaborative relationships. Oversee project risks, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial goals are achieved. Travel as required to NSW team locations and conduct monthly site visits (2 days). About You You are an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing large-scale energy or electrical infrastructure projects. You thrive in dynamic environments, excel at client communication, and have the vision to drive innovation in engineering delivery. To be successful in this role, you will have: 10+ years of experience in the energy or construction industry. Proven ability to lead engineering and design teams for multi million dollar projects. Must have a solid track record in delivery. Expertise in large-scale energy infrastructure (e.g., transmission lines, substations, HV systems). Client-facing skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management. Expertise working for clients in Utilities, EPC, and Development. What's on Offer?
