We have a very healthy pipeline of work, a well-established team - including the recent addition of two Principal geotechnical engineers - and a great office space ready to be home to some keen geologists. As it stands, we're a fairly top-heavy team in Adelaide, so we're looking for some keen intermediate engineering geologists to help get things done! About The Role The focus of this role will be working on a wide range of ground engineering projects and deliver effective solutions for our clients. It would include both field and office-based work through all stages of site characterization, data analysis and reporting, design, and construction monitoring. You will have opportunities to write reports and provide recommendations to clients, and be given plenty of responsibility to manage your work. Some of the work we are involved in includes large tunneling projects, power plants and renewable energy projects, public infrastructure and facilities, and more! Most of it is fairly large-scale with long time frames which you can really sink your teeth into. Required Experience About you : You will bring 4-6 years experience as an engineering geologist, and you will have worked for a consultancy for a good chunk of your career. You'll have an aptitude for working within a team environment and take pride in your work, as we strive to achieve the highest quality and consistency of deliverables. Our ideal candidate is someone who is hungry , humble , and smart , and has: 4-6 years engineering geology experience Strong logging experience A solutions-focused attitude to delivering outcomes for clients Well developed project management skills Knowledge of the local geology Note : we are also interested in applications from geotechnical engineers who have a keen interest in geology!
