Out of ten years of experience, a minimum of five years post-Ph.D. experience. High-quality published research work such as peer-reviewed research papers, books, technical reports, and patents filed/obtained. Experience in guiding project work, dissertation, research of students, or supervising RD projects in industry and Ph.D. supervision. Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, and professional/industrial activities.
