Fixed Term Part Time - 34.2 hours per week until 19 September 2025 Salary - $47.77 - $51.81 per hour plus 11.5% super Location: Moe, Morwell, Traralgon, Churchill Department - Family Services Do you want to make an IMPACT? The Role To ensure families have a voice by providing advocacy in relation to social justice, human rights, and social change. Provide a comprehensive and focused approach for the early intervention and prevention of physical, emotional, and social issues affecting young children and their families and ensure appropriate and timely referral for children and support for families. About You We are looking for an individual who is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of parents and children identified as being at risk of poor outcomes, by providing individualised, focused and intensive support. You'll need: A Diploma or above qualification in Community and/or Social Services. Registration with Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or have completed an Australian Community Workers Association (ACWA) accredited course or a commitment to obtain. Experience working with vulnerable families with children in the 0-6 years. A desire to make a difference to the lives of families who are experiencing short or long term vulnerability. Experience in case management of families with complex social needs. A current Driver’s Licence.
