Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provide care in line with regulatory standards, ensuring safe and effective practice. Engage in patient assessments and routine care procedures. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and provide support to AIN/M and students. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care. What We're Looking For Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Newly graduated Enrolled Nurse or an Enrolled Nurse who has not worked in the Acute sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team player, committed to delivering high-quality care. Knowledge of confidentiality, relevant legislation, and nursing standards. Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Proactive and driven individual, with sound knowledge and understanding of the role of the Enrolled Nurse within a healthcare setting and able to provide person-centred care. This is a 26 week contract transition program, and at the successful completion of the program you will be transitioned to a casual employment contract. Why Join Us?
