About the role Clarence Community & Allied Health are seeking an Enrolled Nurse, Transitional Aged Care Program, Maclean Community to work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and assist in the provision of safe, evidence based, person centred nursing care in line with the policies, procedures and standards of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and other statutory authorities.Working with the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive, evidence based service within the framework of the Transitional Aged Care Program Guidelines.
