Enrolled or Registered Nurse (with HR Responsibilities) Right at Home Melbourne North is a leading provider of in-home care and support, dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking an Enrolled or Registered Nurse who can blend their clinical expertise with HR responsibilities to help manage our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care as required Read and interpret Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), Awards, and contracts Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding Conduct performance appraisals and assist with staff development Ensure staff compliance with all required certifications and training Maintain HR documentation, including contracts and employee records Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards Address HR-related inquiries from staff and management Assist with payroll and rostering aligned with EBA and Award regulations Qualifications & Skills: Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with AHPRA (preferred but not compulsory) Strong knowledge of EBAs, Awards, and contract management Experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities HR experience in the healthcare industry is a strong advantage Why Join Right at Home Melbourne North?
