As the subject matter expert representing Enterprise Architecture, you will analyse client requirements and propose target state solutions that benefit the Bank. See yourself in our team We are in the Enterprise Architecture Chapter Area which reports to the Chief Technology Officer. Our Chapter is 100% aligned to support the Corporate Technology Team. Corporate Technology includes Risk, Finance, Procurement, Property, Legal and Group Operations. Our team embraces technology transformation whilst working collaboratively with our stakeholders. We recognise that modernising the Bank is complex. We must strive to develop a modern target state whilst recognising that transition needs to be manageable and achievable. To be successful in this role, you need to be a listener, problem solver and creator of architectural solutions. We are looking to add two Enterprise Architects to our team to support any one of the above-mentioned domains. In this role you will: Lead the implementation of EA strategies and best practices to support business objectives, while focusing on business process design, solutions, information gathering and technology utilisation. Provide guidance to enterprise architects on defining technical service capabilities, design attributes, draft enterprise profiles and segment architecture; controlling risks and solving complex issues related to EA. Validate solution architecture against Reference Architecture. Maintain relationships with stakeholders, address stakeholder requirements and provide client consultations to shape the future success of EA. Provide EA support by directing teams in baseline, target and roadmap development, transition planning, system and security management and segment architecture. We’re interested in hearing from people who: Embrace technology modernisation and transformation Have demonstratable skills in first principles problem solving Have a degree in Computer Science, or a non computer-science degree and demonstratable technology knowledge Embrace continuous learning Have expertise in at least one domain that is part of the Corporate Technology Family Have proven experience in an Architecture, Technology or Institutional Transformation role Have familiarity or qualifications in an Enterprise Architecture methodology, e.g. TOGAF, Zachman If the above sounds like you, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
