We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain ICT strategies, roadmaps, and work plans that align with business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure modern, fit-for-purpose technology solutions support the agency’s transformation and operational needs.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ICT strategy, architecture, and roadmaps to support business objectives. Create and manage multi-year and annual ICT work plans, ensuring transformation and sustainment activities align. Identify and cost ICT solutions that best meet business and user needs. Provide architecture assurance, develop design patterns and standards, and drive practice improvements. Key Criteria: Proven experience developing and implementing agency-wide ICT strategies and roadmaps. Strong ability to translate strategy into detailed ICT work plans while considering operational and sustainment needs. Expertise in high-level and detailed architecture design across all ICT domains.
