Your Opportunity: An exciting opportunity is available for an Enterprise Informatics (EI) Clinical Applications Specialist – Digital Pathology to join our team. Ideally, you are Brisbane based and comfortable with regional/interstate travel as required. You will be responsible for delivering clinical education and driving growth of Digital Pathology solutions in the ANZ region. You will help prospective Digital Pathology customers realize the value of our solutions by providing deep product expertise and knowledge during, and after the sales cycle. This role requires a passion for educating and building relationships with our customers, and a relentless focus on delivering results. You are responsible for: Deliver a high level of clinical education and applications support to potential and existing Philips customers. Set up application training schedules, in close cooperation with the customer to address particular product and customer needs. Supply training material as part of the training schedule. Provide (re-)Training of customers in case of new releases and or versions in the operating procedures of the equipment. Deliver product demonstrations and support in-depth conversations with prospective customers to demonstrate product value proposition. Drive product growth by providing product expertise throughout the sales cycle. Conduct workflow analysis. Advise customers on optimal product configuration to support their underlying needs. Work closely with the sales team to identify leads, assist with tender submissions, and promote the product range at customer sites, trade shows and educational events. Report customer feedback, equipment performance and any issues through the appropriate channels. Liaise with the BU/Factory to report software bugs and customer recommendations regarding improvements and future product development. You’re the right fit if: Preferred bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and ideally an Anatomical Pathology clinical background. Prior experience in a Healthcare IT product-specialized role - providing deep technical expertise to clinical customers during pre-sales process, proven track record of delivering business results for key products. Track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers. Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles. Willingness to travel – depending on location 50% travel required.
