About your role As an Enterprise Sales Lead at Atelier, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our presence in the B2B beauty and manufacturing sectors. Your objective is revenue generation through closing large deals with enterprise customers to achieve sales targets. You will partner with the Founder and CEO to drive the strategy and execution of our enterprise sales efforts, increase revenue growth, and build high-value relationships to position Atelier as a global leader in the beauty supply chain. What you'll do Execute Atelier’s enterprise sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing. Monitor and analyse sales metrics to adjust strategies and ensure optimal performance. Represent Atelier at industry conferences and events to enhance brand visibility and leads. Pipeline Management: manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a healthy and predictable pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at top-tier beauty brands. Support with revenue uplift initiatives including account expansion and upselling strategies. Contribute to the development of new sales channels and partnerships. A little about you... Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with 5+ years of experience, ideally within SaaS, supply chain, and/or manufacturing platforms. Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals ($1mil AUD+) with enterprise clients. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven approach to decision-making and sales strategy. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Nice to have (but not essential!) Strong network within the beauty, wellness, or adjacent CPG industries. Familiarity with the beauty or CPG industry’s unique needs and challenges.
