When you join our company, you will be paired with a senior recruiter who will be your mentor. They will work closely with you to show you how to be the best IT and digital Recruiter you can be. You also get the chance to have weekly one-on-one time with other senior team members to learn different styles of consulting support. We believe it's very important to be exposed to different styles so you can learn what style works best for you.This is a role in which you call job candidates for new jobs, administer them in our state-of-the-art systems, and work with our senior team to help them find new jobs.What will your day look like? Calling candidates and pitching them our new jobs on behalf of our clients Working with and using our state-of-the-art software systems Meeting with candidates via video conference & off-site, discussing their wants & needs. Building marketing campaign material with our business support team For sales administration duties, it's important you make notes on your meetings & that you can type up reports on the people you meet. Weekly one-on-one progress meetings to keep track of your growth Working on your career progress plan with your direct manager Why come and join our team?
