About the Role Your focus will be on building connections, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and delivering outstanding results for clients and candidates alike! Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Canberra Technology space. Deliver tailored recruitment solutions, leveraging your understanding of market trends and client needs – don’t worry, we will upskill you to know what you are doing. Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities and share success. Support business development activities to grow and maintain a strong client portfolio. Work with the Director to plan and deliver marketing and event strategy. Achieve and surpass KPI/budget expectations.
