What you will be doing: You are a practitioner/team member of the Solution Engineering Capability Community of Practise (CoP). Work with development and test teams to ensure test environments are progressed and fit for testing. Learn about advanced technology used to drive Australia’s financial markets. Perform daily maintenance across multiple test environments to ensure they reflect production. Co-ordinate and manage test environment books and conflicts. Identify and take ownership of test environment issues requiring coordination with support teams. Support the development of ASX’s test environment automation strategy. Contribute to domain testing objectives by assisting in the creation of production-like environments. Assist with the evolution of environment monitoring capabilities. Participate in domain test environment requirements planning. Be an active member of the Solution Engineering Capability Community of Practise (CoP). What you will bring: Must have: Undergraduate study in Computer Science or related fields. Experience in a customer service role. Exposure to technology concepts and software development life cycle. Exposure to testing methodologies. Troubleshooting and debugging skills in non-production environments. Experience working with operational run books and maintaining non-production environments landscape. Nice to have: Prior experience working in a regulated environment – preferably within Financial Services. Familiarity with Cloud and DevOps practices.
