You will place a focus on leveraging the effort across the operational sites and the corporate business.As the Environment Data and Reporting Analyst you will be involved in leading and supporting environmental compliance and improvement initiatives across the business. Your role will include: Coordinate the corporate internal data reporting program with our parent company, CLP Governing and supporting the sites in primary data collection, developing and maintaining intermediate databases Coordinate the annual NGERs reporting on behalf of the business and support some sites in the annual reporting of NPI Contract-manage the vendor and coordinate the assurance activities including any interfaces with site-based resources Manage the data entry and approvals process and support the development of business insights to be reported back to the Executive and Board Maintain and improve the Business Intelligence (BI) reporting of environmental emissions metrics and provide insights for the business and as inputs to reporting to the Executive and Board Support the utilisation of the Environmental database, MonitorPro, including continued improvement and deployment Support the Environmental Improvement Plans as part of the annual cycle of the HSSE Management System About You To be successful in the role you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in Environmental Sciences, Health Sciences or equivalent degree. Excellent reporting and project management skills and demonstrated ability to work to deadlines. Enthusiasm for and ability to learn about technical systems and processes. Demonstrated sound organisational and communication skills both verbally and written Experience in data collection including data management systems to accurately record and present data in appropriate formats and to approved standards. Ability to actively collaborate with team members. Attention to detail – accuracy for data entry purposes.
