Compensation: $900 to $1060 per day; Immediate Start, Happy to allow for some notice; Initially till end of June 2025 with strong prospect of renewal; Simultaneous high-profile Projects; End-User Organization; Brand-New Project; Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project management and vendor management for the implementation/configuration and adoption of SAI360 ESHS modules. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor solutions that align with business needs. Configuration and Customization: Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAI360 ESHS modules to ensure optimal performance and usability. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate seamless adoption of the SAI360 platform across teams. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the system complies with regulatory standards and generates accurate, timely reports for internal and external use. Essential Skills: Extensive end-to-end (from discovery to delivery) project management and delivery experience as a senior Project Manager. In-depth knowledge of environmental sustainability, health, and safety regulations and standards. Detailed experience within Environment Sustainability Health & Safety risk management projects as a Project Manager. Experience with SAI360 ESHS modules or a similar Risk Management/GRC platforms such as Archer/Enablon or Similar. Detailed stakeholder and vendor management experience in complex and matrixed environments with various units. Detailed skills in Project Management soft skills, scoping technical & functional, business case writing, time management, and budget management. Experience within change management and project governance/project risk management. Very strong communications skills, coupled with solid PM soft skills, are essential to succeed in this position.
