About this role An opportunity in Mitchelton has become available for a proactive, detail-oriented person looking to contribute to the team and to make a real difference in the lives of our elderly residents. The role requires someone who is highly organised, able to juggle various duties, shows initiative, and is committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at our Warwick Residential Aged Care facility. Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting in the preparation of meals; maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. Assisting with the serving of meals, including setting up and cleaning the dining room, trolleys, and trays. Maintaining laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linen and resident clothing. Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility’s residential areas. A positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to work in a collaborative, diverse team are key traits for success in this role.
