Environmental Site Supervisor/ Safety Supervisor - Solar Farm - Teebar QLD Location: Teebar, QLD Start Date: Next 1-2 months Duration: 12-month term (5-day work week preferred) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to join the Fraser Coast Solar development project in Teebar, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale renewable energy project, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage site safety policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections Support incident investigations and compliance reporting Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities Collaborate with the Environmental Supervisor for seamless HSE integration About You: Minimum Diploma in Work Health & Safety (WHS) 5+ years’ experience in HSE roles on renewable energy or similar construction projects Environmental qualifications/experience highly preferred Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and site safety best practices Ability to work autonomously and liaise with project stakeholders Locally based candidates preferred (5-day work week) Why Join Us? Environmental Site Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee site environmental compliance and implementation of management plans Conduct environmental assessments, audits, and reporting Manage cultural heritage matters and liaise with stakeholders Supervise wildlife protection measures and conduct fauna spotter/catcher duties Work closely with the Safety Professional to ensure integrated HSE practices Environmental Site Supervisor Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Management or equivalent Experience in planning matters preferred Experience in managing cultural heritage matters highly preferred Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance monitoring Locally based candidates preferred (5-day work week) Why Join Us?
