About the People and Patient Experience team The People and Patient Experience team provides strategic and operational services to enhance the experience of patients, consumers and employees. We lead and support the delivery of key initiatives, such as the Women’s Strategic Plan and the Reconciliation Action Plan, listening to and partnering with our people, patients and wider communities to gain insights and improve our programs and services. About the role As the Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager, you will provide exceptional leadership, responsible for the design and hands-on delivery of a range of projects that enhance staff and patient experience and “belonging”. This high-profile role will be accountable for end to end, human-centered project management, from planning through to implementation. A regular day will see you: Helping the Women’s align and connect our current priorities for enhancing cultural safety and staff and patient experience in line with our Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Policy. Facilitating workshops and training to build cultural awareness and competency. Leading and supporting key projects, including the Women’s Gender Equality Action Plan, Innovation Reconciliation Action Plan, LGBTQIA+ Action Plan and Disability Action Plan. Preparing papers to communicate progress and support decision-making. Leveraging partnerships with experts and key stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. Consulting and partnering with our staff and consumer community to ensure all voices are heard and represented.
