As standard, we offer a shift between 7.30 am – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. This can be negotiated to suit your needs if required. How You Will Help Us Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop a strong technical understanding of the products and materials to meet customer’s specific requests. Answer/respond/manage and apply logical reasoning to resolve inbound technical customer enquiries for specialised products via phone & email Identify, understand, and problem solve any specific customer requirements or issues End to end estimate pipeline management, including liaising with customers and other departments to ensure accurate and timely enquiry resolution Prepare and follow-up quotes for customised products using system pricing Enter sales orders into MYOB Acumatica Follow and refine existing sales and solution design processes Preferable to have (but not essential for the right candidate) experience in sales coordination or a technical administration role. Skilled in maths/geometry, problem solving, technical understanding and logical reasoning A drive to learn and a strong commitment to getting the job done Confidence and ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers Problem solver, organised, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Good time management and prioritising skills to complete tasks within a business environment Proficiency is using Microsoft tools and computer programmes Willingness to learn and positive attitude Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
