An Estimator is sought by an established Tier 3 Builder in Western Sydney to manage tenders on retail, hospitality, and government projects between $500k and $5 million.The Opportunity: Working for a busy national Tier 3 Builder on fit out/refurb projects from $500k to $5 million on average. You will be working with 2 estimators and reporting to a Director. $120k to $150k package. Immediate start. Long-term permanent opportunity. Full responsibility for preparing preliminary budgets, cost estimates, bid scopes, pricing proposals, and leading tenders. The Company: An established Tier 3 Builder operating across 4 States. T/O $50 million. This builder focuses on retail, hospitality, education, and commercial projects. Projects range from $500k to $5 million on average. You will have: A Construction Management Degree/QS Degree or similar. Previous estimating experience with Principal Commercial Contractor in NSW is essential. Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy builder. Buildsoft or Cubit, Estimate One, and Bar Tender experience sought. Experience tendering construction projects over $500k.
