About the role This role will work with clients across with the National Basketball League and Suncorp Super Netball to deliver the game day Sports Presentation and Audio-Visual production. You will manage the game day administrative logistics and onsite execution of game days while playing a lead role in the development of strategies for fan engagement, entertainment and activations. You must be someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team setting, and has the ability to be the conduit between the client and the CMS wider team to ensure all deliverables are executed within the client’s brief. What the role looks like: Manage the administrative and creative responsibilities of game days which includes; run sheet management, activation development, content management, crew/entertainment bookings and briefings, venue activation submissions and budget management Become the key contact for game day stakeholders including; client, game day entertainment and game day MCs and Announcers Attend regular client WIP meetings to collaborate on game day deliverables and themes Research new activation concepts and trends within the sports industry Conceptualise how all AV Production equipment can be utilised to form an exciting fan experience Attend and deliver game days in line with agreed requirements and provided game day role Deliver non-game day events programs for sports clients which may include; content capture shoots, awards functions, fan days Execute events and game days in line with CMS processes and procedures Be the conduit between internal departments to ensure all event requirements are clearly communicated and briefed What we are looking for: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an equivalent role is desirable Have an understanding and passion for the sports industry and ability to create fan engagement activations A driven individual that always strives for excellence and world class game days and events High standard of administration, organisational skills and an eye for detail Outstanding communication style, both verbal and written with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders Have an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude and don’t mind a challenge Tertiary qualification in Events Management, Sports Management, Marketing or a related discipline is desirable.
