Event and Field Ambassador (Team Leader) Attractive base salary + car allowance + super About the Role: Are you ready to be the driving force behind unforgettable events? As the leader of the team of Ambassadors, you'll partner with your state-based Operations Manager to turn ordinary community and retail events into extraordinary experiences! Your mission? Lead your team of enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to bring to life and execute in-field event requirements of community and retail events within your territory. Responsibilities: On-ground event execution of a calendar of face-to-face events, including rostering of staffing for each event. Event planning support and logistics. Customer-facing sales driven conversations. Coaching and development of casual Sales Ambassadors. Serve as the primary point of contact and key brand ambassador during all events. Ensure that brand messaging, promotional materials, and event setups align with the company’s objectives and standards. Lead on-site activations, product demonstrations, and sampling efforts. Oversee and manage a team of casual event staff, ensuring all team members are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with event goals. Provide guidance and direction to event staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and adhere to the event's schedule and objectives. Monitor performance and conduct team meetings to provide ongoing feedback and motivate staff. Organize and lead training sessions for event staff, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to perform their roles effectively. Oversee all logistics before, during, and after events, including event setup, teardown, transportation, and storage of materials. Manage the storage, inventory, and condition of event merchandise, ensuring it is ready for each event and that stock levels are maintained. About You: Previous experience in event coordination, field leadership, or brand ambassador roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in managing inventory and event logistics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be adaptable and able to handle last-minute changes with ease. Ability to lift and carry event materials and equipment (reasonable accommodations can be made). Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events. Training, coaching, and motivational skills essential. You will possess problem-solving skills and can work autonomously. Full Australian Driver’s License required. LR license - beneficial but not essential. Telco experience preferred but not essential.
