Provide corporate events and marketing support to a highly regarded membership body. $40 per hour + super, Sydney CBD office, 1 day WFH Start immediately $40 per hour + super Full-time hours (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) THE COMPANY Lotus People are thrilled to partner with an esteemed membership association located in Sydney CBD. Known for their exceptional professional reputation, stunning offices, and warm, down-to-earth culture, this organisation leads its industry while providing outstanding membership services.THE ROLE In this temporary Events and Marketing Coordinator role, you will provide vital administrative and event support to a team responsible for planning and delivering seminars, conferences, and other corporate events. This role includes diverse responsibilities such as event planning, schedule management, and logistical coordination. With scope to go permanent, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.DUTIES Handle event registrations, invoicing, and vendor coordination. Manage event communications, surveys, and timelines. Ensure successful event delivery through effective project and deadline management. Provide logistical support for seminars, conferences, and other events. Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE We’re looking for a passionate professional with outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, possess strong organisational abilities, and have experience as an Event Coordinator.Key Requirements: Previous experience in an Events Coordinator role, ideally within a membership organisation or association. At least 2 years' experience using iMIS and MS Teams . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly proactive and self-motivated. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
