We are seeking an experienced and visionary Events Manager to lead and curate an exceptional events calendar, ensuring that every event at The Pillars exceeds expectations. The Opportunity As Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing world-class events that elevate the member experience and reinforce The Pillars’ status as Australia’s most exclusive private club. You will lead the end-to-end management of corporate functions, networking events, private gatherings, and high-profile industry engagements. Curate & Execute a Premium Events Calendar – Design, plan, and oversee an exclusive lineup of bespoke events, speaker series, networking gatherings, and VIP functions. Deliver Flawless Event Execution – Ensure seamless planning, coordination, and execution, creating experiences that reflect The Pillars’ luxury brand. Liaise with High-Profile Members & Stakeholders – Work closely with club members, industry leaders, and partners to curate events that foster meaningful connections. Manage End-to-End Logistics – Handle venue set-up, staffing, catering, AV, entertainment, and supplier coordination to ensure a first-class experience. Drive Innovation in Event Offerings – Introduce unique concepts, immersive experiences, and curated themes that set The Pillars apart. Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work alongside marketing, hospitality, and membership teams to maximize engagement and deliver seamless experiences. Budget & Financial Oversight – Manage event budgets, supplier negotiations, and cost control, ensuring a balance between excellence and efficiency. Ensure Excellence in Service & Presentation – Uphold The Pillars’ brand standards, delivering events with precision, elegance, and exclusivity. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Events Manager or similar role in a high-end hospitality, luxury venue, or private members’ club. Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of executing high-profile events. A deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, including premium service expectations. Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to work with high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners. Creative vision and innovation, with the ability to curate unique and engaging event experiences. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every event reflects prestige, sophistication, and exclusivity. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key event dates as required.
