Epping, Australia | Posted on 02/05/2025 This role is an integral part of the Marketing team and is responsible for shaping and executing events that showcase our products with the goal of fostering deeper engagement with existing clients as well as attracting new customers. Events range from global trade shows to customer trade nights. Planning, execution, and post-event analysis are critical to the success of the role. This role will also support other facets of marketing engagement, particularly product implementation and support, ensuring product data and marketing collateral are accurate and available for market launch. Key Tasks: Plan and implement event strategies that align with the overarching marketing objectives, with the goal of driving customer acquisition. Responsibility for the end-to-end event planning process, including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site setup. Manage the promotions, communications, and branding aspects of all events. Complete evaluation following each event and submit reports. Support social media platforms and marketing initiatives. Coordinate and assist client fitout setups. Assist initial client fitout negotiations. Assist in marketing initiative distribution and implementation. Manage the maintenance of installed merchandise (replenishment, rebranding, swap and replace, etc.). Assist in maintaining marketing material stocks (promotional, display, stationary, etc.). Maintain Intex showrooms (ensure new stock replaces the old, etc.). Coordinate and assist client site visits. Work with procurement and suppliers to gather key product data. Update PIM system with key product data. Ensure correct product data across all marketing & sales collateral. Management of product addition/deletion/change system. Requirements Exceptional planning and organisational skills. Very strong attention to detail. Passion for creating highly professional experiences and events. Ability to identify and execute on opportunities for customer acquisition and retention. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Customer-focused. Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Adaptability skills. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and presentation skills.
