What You’ll Be Doing Lead the strategy & execution of marquee events and select third-party engagements, ensuring brand consistency and exceptional attendee experiences. Collaborate across teams—aligning with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to maximize event success and pipeline impact. Own event performance metrics, analyzing data to optimize future strategies and measure ROI. Manage vendors & agencies, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier production quality. Act as a strategic advisor, guiding internal teams on best practices for event planning, engagement, and brand amplification. What You’ll Bring to the Team 7+ years of Event management experience, preferably in corporate or Tech environments. A creative mindset with a passion for innovation, audience engagement, and delivering memorable brand experiences. Strong leadership & project management skills to drive cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. A data-driven approach to event strategy, ensuring every engagement aligns with business objectives. A proactive, problem-solving attitude—you anticipate challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A sense of humor and a can-do attitude—because great events start with great teams.
