The Executive Assistant to the CEO of Total Tools is accountable for providing 1:1 administrative and operational support by ensuring that all activities under their control are conducted in an ethical manner and consistent with company policies and procedures protecting the Company’s interests and reputation. Sounds great! Tell me about the role. Keeping the CEO on track, ahead of schedule, and looking like the rockstar they are! Handling travel, meetings, and day-to-day logistics like a pro. Managing calendars with ninja-level precision and anticipating needs before they even arise. Acting as a trusted confidant and making sure our CEO has everything they need to shine. Event manage conferences and other team meetings with finesse and pizazz. Juggling multiple tasks, without breaking a sweat (or a coffee cup). Being the secret weapon behind every major decision and success. You’re Likely a Match If you have You’re a problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You can balance a million things at once and still make it look easy. Strong communication skills and the ability to read the room (or the inbox). Proficiency in all things tech (think calendar systems, Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom). Experience in a high-level EA role is a huge plus, but we love a can-do attitude more than anything.
