Our focus is on making potential reality for our customers, and our people. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Role Overview As the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive attitude. You will act as a gatekeeper, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that the CEO’s schedule and priorities are aligned with Fusion5’s company goals. Key Responsibilities Support the CEO to be accessible, supportive and people centric within the organisation Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and executive team, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and high-value activities Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times Ensure the CEO commitments and deliverables are tracked, followed up, and met on time Manage the CEO’s email correspondence and calendar to ensure optimal responsiveness and efficiency Coordinate and collate updates, actions, and activities across the business for seamless communication and reporting Prepare polished and impactful presentation content for key meetings and engagements Assist in preparing, researching, and analysing information and statistics for meetings and conversations. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years' experience working as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a fast-paced environment Experience working with C-suite executives or in a professional services environment Analytical mindset with attention to detail with ability to apply sound commercial judgement to decision making Exceptional organisational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines Proactive approach with a strong sense of initiative.
