Executive Assistant (Maternity Leave Cover – 9 Months) Hahn Electrical Contracting is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Managing Director and Financial Director . This is a 9-month maternity leave cover role, perfect for someone looking for flexibility with school hours available (30 hours per week). The Position In this role, you will provide high-level executive support , ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations for the Group Managing Director and Financial Director . Your responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating calendars, appointments, and meetings Handling emails, correspondence, and confidential communications Preparing reports, presentations, and business documents Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Organising corporate events, functions, and travel arrangements Maintaining administrative records and systems Acting as a primary point of contact for Directors and providing proactive support Processing in accounting software To Be Suitable for This Position, You Require: Current Driver’s Licence Strong administrative skills with experience supporting senior leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organisational abilities Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders Relevant training or certifications in finance, admin or business In Return, You Will Be Rewarded With: Flexible working hours – perfect for school hours!
