As Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our officers, manage their schedules, organise meetings, and ensure efficient office operations. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong organisational skills. Qualifications: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. High level of proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite – including Teams and Excel, Office 365, mail merge, ). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
