The Role The role is responsible for executive administrative support to the CIO and, where required, their respective Leadership Teams (LT). The role is responsible for assessing, analysing and prioritising requests to facilitate the optimal use of the Executives’ time and for ensuring executive and administrative support is undertaken professionally and efficiently. You will be a point of contact for the CIO and will work closely with internal and external parties and ensure they are prepared and informed on relevant matters so that they can respond to requests in a timely manner. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Executive diary/calendar, inbox, meeting and travel management. Executive task management – including tracking commitments and deadlines against agreed workplans or Executive Leadership Team/Board deliverables. Assist with the collation, organization, assembly and distribution of all confidential documents, including ELT/Board papers. Correspondence management – ensuring items are actioned/referred appropriately and compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports and other documents. Writing and issuing simple/team specific communications on behalf of the Executive(s) and their LTs, when required, in keeping with corporate communications guidelines and/or plans. About You Demonstrated experience as an EA/PA, ideally from General Insurance/Financial Services. Advanced MS office and computer skills. Exceptional corporate presentation and excellent stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, energy and a strong work ethic. Comfortable with change and unpredictability in schedules. Ability to manage competing urgent priorities with a positive and constructive attitude.
