About Your Opportunity Reporting to the Executive Management Officer, this position works within the Office of the CEO to provide professional and efficient support in a highly confidential and responsive area of the business. This role includes extensive diary management, daily planning, and inbox management involving confidential issues relating to budgets, staff, and executive management. Regular liaison will be required with internal and external clients, Board Members, Government Ministers, and representatives to draft, review and manage board, ELT, and Committee reports, documents, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Key responsibilities: Provide the highest level of efficient and confidential executive support services and advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Board members. Anticipate and organise the daily workflow of business to and from the CEO, including complex inbox management by screening and prioritising emails; actioning and responding to correspondence on behalf of the CEO as delegated. Maintain effective time management practices by planning and prioritising workloads, arranging and co-ordinating meetings, and managing appointments. Draft, review and manage complex ministerial briefs, board and ELT reports, presentations, agendas, documents, and correspondence to meet tight timeframes ensuring high quality, accuracy, and professionalism. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with primary internal and external contacts, including executives and government contacts. About you To be successful in this role, you will possess: Sound demonstrated experience partnering with a senior level executive in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Officer capacity. A suitable combination of comprehensive experience and/or education/training in administrative and business executive assistant skills. Knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of customer service principles, the functions and role of Seqwater, and policies and guidelines that relate to Seqwater's operations. Awareness of Board and Committee processes and requirements. Experience handling sensitive matters and maintaining strict confidentiality of information whilst acting with discretion. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines; and to establish work priorities that reflect the urgency or strategic importance of tasks. This position has a salary range of $118,579 - $129,013 (dependent on experience) plus 12.75% superannuation. Appointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements.
