About the Opportunity: As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Property and Investment Services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments —all while enjoying a collaborative and supportive work environment. Your responsibilities will not be limited to: Strategic Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the Executive Director's diary, prioritising appointments and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and follow-up actions, ensuring the Executive Director remains focused on critical priorities. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and facilitating communication. Data Management and Compliance: Maintain systems for recording and storing key business information, manage client databases, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The non-negotiables: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to a senior leader, ideally within the property, investment, or financial industry. Strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a high degree of professionalism and judgment. You demonstrate a strong sense of accountability, consistently delivering results while fostering innovation and implementing creative solutions. You’re comfortable working autonomously, making informed decisions to drive progress and collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives. You are Tech Savvy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook. Knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable. Who we are and why should you apply?
