The Role at a Glance Executive Support & Administration Manage and optimise the GCIO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities to enable executive focus Assist in preparing high-quality reports, board papers, and governance documentation Oversee travel coordination, expense management, and logistical planning for the IT leadership team Handle sensitive business communications with discretion and professionalism Strategic & Operational Coordination Support the GCIO in tracking key initiatives, action items, and project milestones Act as a liaison between IT leadership, senior executives, and external stakeholders Assist in data collation, board reporting, and strategic planning documentation Governance, Compliance & Financial Administration Ensure governance excellence by coordinating executive meetings, risk reviews, and compliance reporting Track and manage IT leadership credit card expenses, reconciliations, and financial submissions Work closely with Finance teams to align IT budgeting and forecasting Process Improvement & Digital Productivity Leverage digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency Identify opportunities for process improvements in executive administration and governance About You You are a high-performing professional who thrives in environments that demand excellence, discretion, and innovation.
