Executive Assistant to the Executive Team and Board Providing professional, high level support to a Chief Executive Team and Board of Directors, within a dynamic and expanding global organisation, is what this role is about. This will call as much on your discretion, communication and interpersonal skills as it will on your high level computer proficiency, organisational skills and attention to detail. Established for forty years and admitted into the Australian Export Awards Hall of Fame, our Toowoomba-based client, Russell Mineral Equipment (RME), is the acknowledged world leader in grinding Mill Relining Systems. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), RME’s core competencies include quality design and manufacture as well as global distribution, after-sales service and mill relining and consulting services. Via a network of wholly-owned international subsidiaries, the organisation supports customers in more than 65 countries. As an executive assistant and confidential secretary to the Chief Executive Team (CET), you will take responsibility for: Producing documents and materials by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, researching and transmitting data from multiple sources such as meetings, emails, conversations, etc. Reviewing and routing correspondence, drafting documents, monitoring and initiating telecommunications, and collecting relevant information. Maintaining the appointment schedule for the CET and Board, planning and scheduling meetings and travel. Maintaining strict confidence around all information available. Maintaining and distributing records of all routine and scheduled management, CET and Board meetings as required. Assisting with coordinating and supporting events and functions. Supporting the wider business and management team; and associated administration and follow-up. It is envisaged that your administrative ability, flexibility and follow-through, complemented by your maturity, discretion and composure, and your ability to act as the CET’s delegate as required, will underpin your success in this challenging and rewarding role. Experience in a similar role, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, the ability to type from dictation provided in person, and strong grammar are essential. Relevant formal qualifications will be highly regarded. This role is based at RME’s Global Headquarters in Toowoomba, Queensland. Please forward your application, quoting Ref.
