Executive Assistant/ICT Administration Coordinator to the CIO Knox Grammar School is an independent, multi-campus Kindergarten to Year 12 day and boarding school for boys, located at Wahroonga on Sydney’s North Shore. ABOUT THE ROLE The Executive Assistant/ICT Administration Coordinator to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a pivotal role within Knox Grammar School's ICT team, combining high-level administrative support with strategic coordination of critical business processes. As an integral part of a highly capable digital/ICT team, the EA to the CIO will play a crucial role in managing risk registers, budgets, asset records, and other essential administrative functions. The EA to the CIO will also be instrumental in identifying administrative inefficiencies, streamlining processes, improving resource management, and ensuring seamless coordination within the ICT team. Responsibilities include: Provide high-level support to the CIO, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and correspondence. Collaborate with the CIO to prepare, monitor, and analyse the department's budget. Develop and implement risk management and compliance strategies. Asset management and reporting. Assist in the planning and delivery of training activities to support new processes. Assist project leaders in ICT in the preparation and management of project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably within an IT or educational environment. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex tasks and priorities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and other relevant software tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Strong analytical skills and a track record of identifying and resolving operational challenges. Commitment to fostering an inclusive, harmonious, high-performance work culture in ICT. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
