We are seeking a visionary culinary professional to oversee and enhance the Hospitality Services operations across Schools, Residential Colleges, Corporate Clients, and Airline Lounges. Key Responsibilities Assist and oversee culinary operations across multiple hospitality sites Manage high culinary standards, policies, and procedures Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams to drive excellence and succession planning Collaborate on menu innovation and maintain cost-effective procurement strategies Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food regulations (HACCP, OH&S) Drive financial performance, managing budgets, labor costs, and profitability Work closely with Business Development & Operations teams to expand client relationships What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a large-scale, multi-site environment Experience in the education sector is essential Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development Ability to drive innovation, quality, and operational excellence Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, cost control, and forecasting Knowledge of food safety, compliance, and workplace safety regulations Flexibility to travel across Australia & New Zealand as needed Why Join Us?
