About the role This rare position as Executive Director for Aged Care Services reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and joins an executive team united by a shared mission to bring compassion and justice to life so that people and communities thrive. Joining a collaborative executive team, the role actively contributes to MercyCare's strategic direction, innovation, and instilling an inclusive, person-centred culture. Ensuring strategy is operationalized and financial sustainability, the position inspires a team of 600 across residential and home care delivery to achieve service quality and excellence.
