This role is ideal for a results-driven, dynamic leader with extensive M&A experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: M&A Strategy & Execution Develop and execute strategic M&A initiatives aligned with company's growth objectives. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities through active prospecting and networking. Innovative acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Leadership & Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product, marketing, and technology to align M&A activities with corporate goals. Ensure successful post-acquisition integration, optimising operational and financial performance. Deal Management Lead the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including sourcing, negotiation, closing, and integration. Partner with the CFO to refine negotiation strategies and closing playbooks for balanced deals. Assess potential sellers' objectives and develop compelling value propositions for transactions. About you: 10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development. CA / CPA Qualified. Proven track record of leading and executing buy-side transactions. Strong deal structuring, and negotiation experience. Expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques (DCF, LBO), and due diligence. Experience in managing post-merger integration and value creation strategies. Ability to engage with C-suite executives, PE investors, and external advisors.
