Our client is a leading high-value products company within the industrial sector. As the business is poised for growth, they are looking to appoint an Executive General Manager Southern to spearhead this critical next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO, the Executive General Manager Southern will be an essential member of the senior leadership team. With full P&L accountability for the region, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales, operations, inventory control, equipment management, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering a high-performance culture. You will develop and execute the region’s commercial strategy to elevate operational and financial performance through people, processes, and systems. This will include oversight of profitability, market share, and customer retention across the region to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality service levels. We are seeking a credible and seasoned leader who has a track record of success in driving revenue growth, while identifying and implementing process improvements to maximise efficiency and service delivery. You will bring strong experience in establishing clear performance metrics and reporting systems to track progress and drive accountability amongst the team. Given the complexities within the business, deep knowledge of the commercial levers that drive operational excellence in an industrial product environment is paramount. Culture fit is key.
