Executive Manager, Planning and Development Job No: CN4204 Location: Newcastle City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking an exceptional and strategic Executive Manager to lead and inspire our Planning and Development Service Unit. In this influential high-profile role, you will lead a talented team of technical experts in delivering a wide range of development related activities from residential alterations and additions to large scale, complex projects that shape Newcastle's future. Your leadership will strengthen regulatory development compliance, enhance community satisfaction and drive long term growth while being at the forefront of key decision making and delivering impactful outcomes that have a lasting impact on Newcastle’s growth and development. Your expertise will guide Council and the CN's Executive team through critical strategic planning and development related decision-making processes, addressing current and evolving challenges and emerging opportunities with a focus on the best outcomes for Newcastle's future.
