The Executive Manager, Health will be a subject matter expert who has deep knowledge of trends, risks and market influences. These insights will be used to develop the customer value proposition and build the Westpac Brand within the Health industry. This role will also involve representing the Westpac Brand through various speaking engagements (industry events, round tables and forums) whilst also growing relationships with key customers and stakeholders in market. Key Accountabilities: Growing Business Lending, Deposits and transactional Banking across the Commercial Bank for the sector Key contact for industry stakeholders Sit on Healthcare Deal forum providing support for transactions Assist Bankers in complex transactions providing structuring advice Assist Bankers with Business Development strategy, including jointly targeting market leading names. What do I need? The successful candidate will have: Extensive demonstrated experience in Professional Services Industry Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations involving industry insights Depth of industry knowledge with the ability to convey these thoughts in a proactive way to build strategy Demonstrated experience in business development Knowledge and experience in dealing with complex transactions What’s it like to work there?
