Executive Manager - Residential Aged Care Clayton Church Homes (CCH) is a profit-for-purpose organisation that has been operating for more than fifty (50) years, providing residential aged care, retirement living and home care services across Adelaide. The Role The Executive Manager – Ageing Well Services reports to the Chief Executive for the planning, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of CCH’s strategic and operational priorities, spanning clinical governance, risk management, commercial management, operational performance and quality management. As the Executive Manager, you will be driven by empowering change through your collaborative and practical approach to systems, processes and people management, to support positive ageing. Part of a small and cohesive Executive team, you will oversee five (5) residential aged care facilities (ranging from 60-90 bed homes), as well as Home Care Services - a growing part of CCH’s offering. Your direct reports are a team of professional Residential Services Managers, Clinical Governance specialists and Customer Journey specialists. You will also collaborate with Corporate Rostering and Finance teams to achieve consumer satisfaction, staff resourcing and financial outcomes. In close collaboration with your executive colleagues, holistically you will operationalise the annual business plan, lead and inspire your team, ensure excellent clinical governance, budget effectively for reinvestment, build on engaging and enjoyable activities for residents, and create a real sense of community in order to improve the lives of residents. Requirements To be considered for this role you must have mid to senior level management experience in a health or aged care setting, and are required to be a Registered Nurse (or eligible for registration with AHPRA) with a passion for excellence in clinical governance.
