You are an Executive Leader with domain expertise in Business Bank or Institutional Bank We are looking for two Domain experts who can manage at the “C” level Together, we will build the technology future of tomorrow’s bank, today See yourself in our team Our Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team focuses on Domain target architecture, business and technology strategy, as we define and drive the architectural outcomes and roadmaps required to meet our long-term business aspirations and outcomes today and in the future. We set the technology direction of the group and work with the business to develop the roadmap on how the reference architecture is delivered. We support initiatives in validating the solution decisions and support our design and engineering teams to ensure domain architectures are incorporated in the detailed design of solutions. And we work with our IT Operations and Service Management Teams to ensure closed loop learnings on the implemented architectures. Do work that matters In these Crew Lead (EM level) roles, you will report to our Chief Technology Officer and play a key leadership role across the Group’s technology delivery capability in our Business Bank domain or our Institutional Bank domain. You will lead the strategic development and implementation of an enterprise-wide architecture for data, applications, businesses and technologies. As our Architect domain expert, you will: Lead an Enterprise Architecture Domain to develop the strategies of enterprise architecture and roadmaps development. Lead IT research and development groups that design business application architecture, data and technologies, for multiple departments and platforms for your domain. Make recommendations, gain approvals, and develop implementation strategies for new technologies within your domain. Evaluate and recommend product selection to ensure that organisational goals for security, reliability, and performance are achieved in your domain. Establish standards, processes and procedures to ensure best practices in solution architecture, to ensure high quality deliverables for your domain. Provide expert architectural advice to solution architects and business partners on solution architectural designs and options for your domain. Manage delivery of Enterprise Reference Architectures to guide strategic investment in your domain. Oversee projects both within and across domains to ensure consistent delivery and alignment to Group objectives. Design and implement Architecture governance processes for your domain.
