Oasis Land Development is looking for an Executive Marketing Assistant to join our team! About Us: We specialise in selling land in the Cayman Islands, and we're on the lookout for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table and support our efforts to expand. What We’re Working On: We’re in an exciting period of growth, exploring new technologies and models to enhance our business processes. What You’ll Do: Assist the marketing manager with daily tasks and larger strategic initiatives Develop creative marketing campaigns to attract new audiences Collaborate with the team to scale up current marketing activities Manage and analyse marketing data to identify trends and areas for improvement Contribute to content creation, social media, and digital marketing efforts Help coordinate events, promotional activities, and partnerships Who We’re Looking For: Someone who’s not afraid to think outside the box and suggest bold ideas Experience across a range of marketing channels, both digital and traditional. We particularly utilise email marketing, SMS, Monday CRM, Automations, PPC, Facebook & more. An understanding of each field would be preferable. A proactive, organised self-starter with strong communication skills Good writing ability and attention to detail Experience in real estate marketing is a bonus, but not essential Perks: The chance to be part of a growing real estate marketing company with global reach The opportunity to have your ideas heard and see them implemented!
